A Fellow Chartered Accountant with over a decade of experience working with a leading Chartered Accountant Firm and an International KPO, Dhaval has gained extensive expertise in Financial Reporting, Audit Automation, International Taxation, and Finance & Accounts Outsourcing.
He has collaborated extensively with international networks of Chartered Accountants, leading multidisciplinary teams of 350+ professionals across cross-border engagements. His portfolio includes listed and multinational clients in India, the UK, and the US, with mandates covering Statutory & Internal Audits, SOX Readiness, IFRS & IND AS Convergence, Transfer Pricing, and ERP-embedded Controls Implementation.
He has directed assignments on M&A Due Diligence, Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) architecture, and Data Protection Frameworks encompassing GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 compliance integration within enterprise risk systems.
He founded Accounting Ally in 2020 — a rapidly growing business advisory and KPO firm that has expanded operations across three Indian cities (Mumbai, Bangalore, and Chandigarh) and serves SMEs and startups globally, including clients in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. In early 2025, Accounting Ally expanded its footprint to the United Kingdom and continues to steer its strategic vision across global operations.
He has published a series of insightful articles on topics such as Outsourcing ROI, Scalable Growth through Outsourcing, Satellite Offices of CPAs in India, and Setting up Global Capability Centers in India. His article "Harnessing AI: Shaping the Future of Work for the Chartered Accountants" was published in the ICAI Journal — May 2024, focusing on the AI Era.
He is renowned for his innovative integrations of AI tools across Finance & Accounts, Audit, and Taxation, and is a prominent speaker at various business conclaves as well as "AI in ICAI" events.
